    The 14th Unisulma Legal Conference: "Fundamental Social Rights and the Rights of People in Situations of Vulnerability" is a type of academic research developed by undergraduate law students who show an interest in scientific research. In general, the students who take part in this activity have little or no experience in research work, so it represents an opportunity for academics to get involved in scientific research.
    Scientific initiation is a vitally important activity for undergraduate students, encouraging the formation of new researchers who, through research projects with academic quality, a scientific basis and appropriate guidance, develop their knowledge, experience and expertise.

    The 14th Unisulma Legal Conference: "Fundamental Social Rights and the Rights of People in Situations of Vulnerability" was held by IESMA / UNISULMA on November 16 and 17, 2022 with the aim of disseminating research work, providing an exchange of information and experiences in an environment conducive to this activity. It also sought to encourage and stimulate the development of a vocation for the fields of science and technology in undergraduate students, to qualify the undergraduate student body for entry into postgraduate programs, to improve the process of training legal professionals to work in the various sectors of society and also to encourage teachers and researchers to engage undergraduate students in the process of scientific research.

    A XV Semana de Enfermagem e o V Congresso de Enfermagem da Região Tocantina reuniram profissionais, pesquisadores, docentes e acadêmicos para debater e compartilhar conhecimentos sobre o tema central "Enfermagem e Vulnerabilidades". O evento ocorreu no IESMA/UNISULMA e proporcionou um espaço para reflexão sobre os desafios enfrentados pela enfermagem na atenção a populações em situação de vulnerabilidade, bem como as estratégias de cuidado e intervenção para minimizar as desigualdades em saúde.

  • 2025: Edição Especial: Anais da VII Jornada de Fisioterapia do Sul do Maranhão (JOFISIO)

    A  JOFISIO - JORNADA DE FISIOTERAPIA DO SUL DO MARANHÃO é um evento promovido pela Coordenação do Curso de Fisioterapia do Instituto de Ensino Superior do Sul do Maranhão (IESMA/UNISULMA), tem como objetivo de estimular o pensamento crítico, o intercâmbio científico e atualização profissional para os acadêmicos ou profissionais da área de Fisioterapia e da Saúde. A VII JOFISIO é um evento em alusão ao dia do Fisioterapeuta e Terapeuta Ocupacional que é comemorada no dia 13 de outubro.

    Durante o evento, foram realizadas palestras, minicursos com profissionais de referência no Brasil, além da oportunidade na programação de apresentação de trabalhos científicos, que como fruto surgem os Anais da VII JOFISIO.

    O evento ficou marcado pela excelência acadêmica graças ao nível excepcional dos conferencistas e apoio incondicional da Direção Geral, Direção Acadêmica, Direção Financeira e suporte do Assessoria de Comunicação do IESMA/UNISULMA.
